Raoul Sada, President and CEO
Raoul Sada has been the President & CEO of the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce since July 2015. Mr. Sada has leading statewide not-for-profit organizations for more than 20 years. As the CEO he plans, organizes, directs and controls the Chamber’s services, products, business retention efforts, and public policy activities.He is responsible for developing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship between the Chamber of Commerce, and other key business & public policy organizations, other chambers, and other regional organizations to foster a pro-business environment. He oversees a staff and day-to-day operations of the Chamber. Raoul works with the Board of Directors to develop and implement long-range goals and strategy. He has a Master’s Degree from ASU’s top ranked School of Public Administration with an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Mary Orta, Vice President of Marketing
Mary Orta, has been the Vice President to of Marketing since 2010. She works tirelessly to grow the Chamber's membership and to retain the unparalleled stable of companies that make up the largest and best-established business organization in the region. If you're interested in joining the Chamber, sponsoring an event, or need a connection to resources and information to help you grow, contact Mary. She also can provide you avenues in which to market your products and services or to help brand your company. The Chamber's website, sponsorship program, email marketing, newsletters and social media initiatives are all overseen by the marketing department.
Rosemary Abram, Office Manager
Rosemary Abram has been the office manager since 2016. She is responsible for general business functions including supporting and maintaining our membership billing, accounts payable, event logistics, event registrations, physical office space, critical equipment and rental of the Chamber conference center.
